We know that not all dogs enjoy grooming and it can be stressful for them (and you), that why we take the time to get to know you’re pet. We want you to feel confident when bringing your dog to us so before any appointment, we ask all our owners to fill in a quick questionnaire so we can make sure that we know as much as possible about your pooch as possible. Our questionnaires are informal and include questions regarding temperament, favourite treats and toys, unique calming techniques that might make their time more enjoyable and any skin conditions or allergies.
